Ben began his real estate career with RE/MAX Realty Specialists in 1999. Working with a high volume sales team, he was able to gain extensive experience in the marketing and selling aspects of residential real estate. For Ben, real estate was in the blood being a third generation Realtor. The line was cast and the hook was set growing up watching Dwight working hard for his clients while silently learning the art of negotiation early in his years. It was known that Ben would enter the family business and the results spoke for themselves even in his early twenties.
Being a traveler at heart, he moved west and began exploring opportunities in development,completing a number of projects in Calgary and Edmonton. Joining RE/MAX Professionals in Calgary provided exposure to a completely new type of market, further expanding his understanding of successful real estate practices and processes. Where the first team focused on high volume and aggressive marketing campaigns, this second group was completely client service dedicated and largely referral based alongside sustainable marketing practices. Being two ends of the real estate spectrum but both extremely successful respectively provided Ben insights on how to best draw from both practices and tailor it all into his own brand and system. This knowledge, combined with relentless work ethic and drive gives Ben a distinct advantage in the sales process.
Ben is a student of Mandarin Chinese, taught PADI SCUBA Diving in Thailand and lived all over Asia for just shy of three years. He is known for his love of food and spends the majority of his down time in the kitchen either cooking or juicing. His enjoyment of people is immediately recognizable and Ben’s passion for life is contagious. Clients very regularly become life-long friends as after all, we are in the relationship business!
